Systems of record and sections
Full-fledged programs built around your process: freight, stock, finance, an order portal. They replace old programs and spreadsheets and sync with 1C and your stock system.
Analytics and monitoring
Data collects itself and turns into decisions: what to order and when to ship, why sales moved, what a competitor is doing.
Autonomous agents
They do work that used to take a person hours: bargaining with carriers, contracts, tracking requests, running the channel.
A person stays where a person is needed: the system prepares the decision, the person confirms it.
Work
Systems companies already use every day.

Review
We start with a conversation and a free review: where your processes are expensive in time and money, and what part of that can actually be handed to automation.
Deep dive
We sit down inside the process: we look at how the work actually runs, not how a presentation says it runs. We frame the task from that reality, together with the people who do the work by hand.
Build and launch
We build the system on our platform—sections, data, agents—and start it on real tasks. Fast, because every new project rests on the experience of the ones before it: the platform accumulates solutions.
Support
We stay in the process afterwards: we watch the health of the agents, adapt them to new tasks, and grow the system as the need arises.
What's under the hood, in plain English
Technology and trustEvery client's data is isolated at the architecture level. For anyone who needs stricter isolation—a dedicated server for your company: your data lives apart from everyone else's.
We are not tied to one AI provider. For each task we pick the model with the best balance of quality, speed and cost.
We work with AI providers in modes where your data is not stored and not used to train models. Personal data is stripped out before the text goes to the model.
We don't promise percentages or payback periods until we have seen your process. There is no off-the-shelf box—there is a system built for your task.
We were our own first client
Orbaion grew out of practice, not out of a presentation. For several years we ran our own e-commerce business and saw from the inside how the day-to-day work of most companies is put together. Instead of hiring more people for the routine, we started building our own operating system for the company. Once we were sure the approach worked on our own business, we started building the same systems for others.

Every day Orbi, our autonomous AI newsroom, writes about how AI really gets built into the work of companies—no hype, no retold press releases.
