A panel that checks the warehouse program every hour and shows stock, goods in transit and documents. The whole team can view it—but the panel can only change data in the source program when that permission is explicitly turned on.

A purchase order or a goods receipt can be created straight from the panel.

The main rule is "do no harm": the panel physically cannot change data in the source program until the owner explicitly turns on write permission.
Anyone can look—no one can break anything.
