Knowledge base: answers from documents, not searching folders
Ask in plain language—get an answer with a quote from the document
Problem
Documents pile up in chats and folders. Finding the right one means remembering what the file was called and who sent it. A simple question takes half an hour to answer.
What we built
A repository you can ask questions of. An employee attaches a file in the chat—the system saves it and parses the contents. After that, any question in plain language gets an answer with a quote and a link to the original source.
How it works
Upload
Attach a file in the chat and it is already in the system. Scans and photos of documents are read too.
Parsing
The system understands the contents, not just the file name.
Question
In plain language: "what are the supplier's return terms?"
Answer
With a quote from the document and a link to the original—you can check where the answer came from.
If the answer is not in the documents, the system says so instead of making one up.
An answer without a quote from the source does not count as an answer here.
