Data
This site is static: it sets no cookies and uses no trackers. The only place it asks you for anything is the review window—a short form and a conversation with the bot, on the pages where it is switched on. Until you submit the form, nothing is sent to our server.
The form asks for your name, which messenger you use, your phone number and your email; in the conversation the bot asks questions about how your work is organized. We need this to run the review, show you the result in the window and get back to you about it afterwards, if you want us to. We use the number and the email for one check only: one review per person.
Where it is kept. The database with your data sits on our server in Russia. The server that runs the conversation writes nothing to disk. The message history is kept for 30 days from the last message, the request with the review for 180 days, and then both are deleted automatically.
Who else sees it. The text of your answers is processed by an OpenAI language model; we do not put your name, phone number or email into the requests we send it—which is why we ask you not to write other people's details in your answers. The finished request reaches the owners of the service in Telegram. If the "not a robot" check is switched on in the form, Yandex SmartCaptcha runs it.
How to delete your data or withdraw consent. Email hello@orbaion.ru from the address you gave in the form, or quote your phone number—we will delete the request and the message history and confirm by reply. The "you may write to me about new reviews" checkbox is optional; you can opt out in the same email. The full data-processing policy, with the operator's company details, will appear on this page once the operator is registered.
Each client's data is isolated at the architecture level. If you need something stricter, there is a dedicated server for your company: your data lives apart from everyone else's.
Training models on your texts is turned off in our account settings with the AI provider; under its own rules the provider may keep texts for a limited time to check for abuse, and deletes them afterwards. Personal data is stripped out before the text goes to the model.
