Problem
Every manager wrote contracts their own way. Different wording, mistakes in the company details—and arguments with clients over nothing.
What we built
An agent that assembles the contract from one company template, makes the edits a client asks for, prepares statements of disagreements and checks company details against the documents sent in. Managers work with it every day—it is the most road-tested agent on the platform.
How it works
Request
The manager describes the terms in plain language: who the contract is with and what is special about it.
Assembly
The contract is assembled from one template—the same for every manager.
Edits
The client's comments are entered on request; disputed wording goes into a statement of disagreements.
Company details
The agent pulls them out of the documents sent and checks them itself—a typo in the tax ID never makes it to signing.
Final package
The manager gets the documents and sends them to the client.
The most important part is what the agent does NOT do: it discusses the contract freely, but it refuses to invent new legal terms on its own.
