Problem
Everything lives in the owner's head and in notes on their phone: tasks, agreements, supplier prices. Something inevitably gets lost—and it surfaces when it is already too late.
What we built
An assistant you can "throw" any thought at, by voice or text—it figures out on its own whether that is a task, a meeting, a note or a supplier price, files it where it belongs and reminds you in time. It lives in the web app and in the messenger at the same time—the memory is shared.
How it works
Capture
By voice or text, on the go, with nothing to fill in—just say it.
Parsing
The assistant works out what it is—a task, a meeting, a contact, a price—and files it in the right place.
Shared memory
Start in the messenger, carry on in the web app: it is the same "brain", and the context is not lost.
Follow-up
Reminds you about meetings, allowing for the other person's time zone, and flags assignments that have stalled.
Suppliers
Compares quotes—including automatic translation of the correspondence—and flags a price that is suspiciously out of line.
The assistant takes the time zone from the city the other person named, not from the country.
"A call with the factory at ten their time" comes out right even when both people are in the same country but in different time zones.
