What we built
A tool that records the meeting from a phone (or takes a file you already have), turns speech into text and produces a structured breakdown: what was discussed, what was decided, who took on what. Agreements become tasks, not memories.

The breakdown is stored: a month later you can come back and check which of the promises were kept.
We built this for ourselves and we use it ourselves: we break down our own negotiations with this same tool.
